LHC allows student additional time to study for the entrance exam

The High Court of Lahore has ordered a further date from the Medical Commission for the pre-medical examination of the petitioner’s Student Khushbakht.

At a hearing, Justice Risal Hasan ordered a schedule of the admission test and urged the student to appear in front of the PMC on 23 August.

Medical examinations are scheduled for entrance into the university from 30 August to 30 September.

On behalf of the petitioner, on 13 August (Friday), Advocate Arshad and Ali Imran Rao submitted their arguments before the Court.

The appeal alleged that the new dates were established, contrary to Pakistan Medical Commission Guidelines. “Prior-medical examinations will be made less time available to pupils than on 30 August.” ‘ ‘ ‘

The Registrar Office of the Court had previously complained, on 11 August, that without adding the date sheet the petition had been submitted.

Justice Tanveer deemed this objection unlawful and directed the court’s administration to settle the hearing petition.
