Usman Mirza will be remanded in police custody until September 10th

Usman Mirza and his complines will remain in police detention till September 10th, when the court ordered on Friday, charged with harassing and assaulting a couple in Islamabad.

After their 14-day legal detention, Mirza, Idris Qayyum Butt, Atta-ur-Rehman, and Farhan were introduced to a district and courts.

Judge Waqar Gondal heard the case and ordered that all the SHOs that were investigating the matter present their reports before 10 September.

The suspect’s lawyer made an application to satisfy them. He further claimed his customers were not provided their clothing and medicine in prison.
